Five bidders submitted their bids and two bidders namely M/s. Vossloh Espana S.A Spain and M/s. Hyundai Rotem Company, South Korea were found technically responsive. Financial offers of these two bidders were opened on 29.10.2015 by the Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC). The purchase proposal for procurement of 70 nos. MG DE Locomotive was presented at CCGP meeting held on 07.02.2018. Due to change of resistered name of Vossloh Espana S.A, Spain to Stadler Rail Valencia S.A.U, Spain was not accepted by CCGP. As per CCGP meeting decision the financial proposal was re-evaluated by the Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC). The reconstructed purchase proposal sent to CCGP meeting held on 16.05.2018 and was accepted by CCGP. Accordingly Contract Agreement has signed.
