| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting services (“the Services”) include
(a) feasibility study for proposed Integrated Corridor Management Project (ICMP) (DNCC Part) – including feasibility of (1) Integrated Corridor Management urban mobility interventions, (2) Electric bus Corridor, (3) Traffic control systems, and (4) Aviation Canal Cycle Corridor (5) Mobility hubs and Transit Oriented Development (6) Develop institutional arrangements and capacity-building plans, and
(b) preparation of Development Project Proposal (DPP) for the project. The total estimated time of consultancy service is approximately 8 (Eight) months. |

The consulting firm shall have a general experience of at least 10 (ten) years and practical experience with proven assignment record in similar type of work in Bangladesh or abroad. Similar assignments refer to the planning and designing of sustainable urban transport interventions at the corridor level (including non-motorized transport, public transport, and travel demand management, parking management, and integrated road/street improvements that prioritizes pedestrian and public transport). Provide documentary evidence for the following:
1. Registration of firm.
2. Age of the firm (years in relevant business).
3. Financial resources of the consulting firm (Turnover of last five years) supported by audit report for the last 3 (three) years.
4. Experience of the firm in similar task/assignments (example of past experience of similar nature and for complexity including cost and duration of the assignment).
5. Experience of the firm in other task/assignments (example of past experience of other consultancy services including cost and duration of the assignment). |

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest related to the assignment as per paragraph 3.17 of the Procurement Regulations.
Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub consultancy to enhance their qualifications. The EOI submitted by consultants in association should clearly indicate the nature of the association if it is a joint venture or a sub-consultancy.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality Based Selection (QBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1700 hours. Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by fax, or by e-mail) by 07/12/2023 on or before 1500 hours (Dhaka Time).
