The minimum qualifications and experiences:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity. Please provide work completion certificates to prove the experiences along with certificate of incorporation (if applicable).
2. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2021-2022), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
3. Should have data center facility and experience on datacenter management and DevOps services in Government projects/MNC large scale projects (Please provide relevant evidence)
4. Minimum 03 years of experience for design, development and implementation of web-based application development in government of Bangladesh/ any development partner/ International organization/ private sector (Please provide work completion certificate along with copy of contract)
5. Experience in developing at least 2 successful e-government projects related to public service delivery, office management, Data Management or workflow management and providing support at least for two years (Please provide work completion certificate along with copy of contract)
6. Must have minimum average annual turnover of BDT 03 crore in the last 2 years. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements (if applicable).
7. Must have minimum liquid asset of BDT 02 crore in last 2 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements (if applicable)
