INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
a) Prepare plan for the people of the town to develop and update provisions for better transport network, housing, road infrastructures, markets, bus terminals, sanitation, water supply, drainage, Road Inventory etc).
b) Provide roadmap and procedural processes to strengthen controls, clarity and security on development with regard to future development.
c) Identify and establish contemporary challenges, opportunities and economic drivers facing the Pourashava and make a 20-year Strategic development vision and prepare a 20-year Master Plan.
d) Develop priority initiatives for long and short term implementation and establish an implementation framework.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The consulting firm shall have a general experience of at least 10 (Ten) years of which at least five years’ experience in the preparation of town master plan related consulting services. The EOI shall be evaluated on the basis of the following documents:
1. General experience of the Firm(s); 2. Experience in similar projects of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area; 3. Financial soundness of the firm and 4. Staffing and logistics of the firm.
Consultants are requested to submit the supporting documents in support of the above mentioned criteria
(a)Registration paper of the firm; (b) JV agreement/letter of intent (if applicable); (c) Firm brochure; (d) Audited financial report for last three years; (e) Service experience record (including nature, total cost, total input in terms on man months, employer, location of service etc). Key experts will not be evaluated at short-listing stage.
