This is to notify you that your Tender elated 04.07.2022 for the supply of Lot-S: 33 KV, lx800mm2 XLPE Copper Cable - 05 Km for Tender Enquiry No. 27.11.0000.304.22.226.22, Dated: 19.-05-2022 for the Contract Price of US$ 577,500.00 (US Dollar Five Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand and Five Hundred) (up to BPDB Central Store at Tongi, Gazlpur, Bangladesh) as corrected and modified ill accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Bangladesh Power Development Board, Dhaka, .
You are thus requested to take following actions:
i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within 07 (Seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 62.3
ii. furnlsh a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount ofUSD 57,750.00 (US Dollar Fifty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty) within 28 (Twenty-eight) days from issue of this Notification of Award but 110t later than 23.10.2022 in accordance with ITT Sub-Clause 64.2
