This is to notify you that appropriate authority has approved, in favour of you, the “Individual Consultant Service as Senior Procurement Specialist (National) for Construction & Improvement of 03 (Three) Roads Targeting Host Community under Bandarban Road Division Project (Package No.: SD-03)” on 19/11/2025 at the contract price of BDT 48,39,000.00 (Forty Eight Lac Thirty Nine Thousand Taka) (including AIT and VAT) and agreed by you during the negotiation meeting on 06/11/2025.
Hence, you are thus requested to take following actions:
(i) Accept in writing the Letter of Invitation within Seven (07) days of its issuance.
(ii) Sign the Contract within Fourteen (14) days of issuance of this Letter of Invitation.
You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract for the provision of Services in accordance with the Contract Documents only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Letter of Invitation for Contract signing shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. |
