| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your EoI dated 30/08/2022 and RFP Invitation dated 13/10/2022 for the supply of Event Management and Event Branding (Selection of Event Management Company/Firm for Event Management of Digital Bangladesh Day 2022) goods/items and related services for organizing for Digital Bangladesh Day 2022 for the Contract Price (including VAT & TAX) of Tk =1,18,68,500/- (One Crore Eighteen Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Department of Information and Communication Technology (DoICT). You are thus requested to take following actions: i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within One (01) days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-Clause 53. ii. Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 5,93,425/- (Taka Five Lakh Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Five Only) within Four (04) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 11/12/2021, in accordance with ITT Clause 54. iii. Sign the Contract within Four (04) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 11/12/2022, in accordance with ITT Clause 56. You may proceed with the execution of the supply of Event Management (Selection of Event Management Company/Firm for Event Management of Digital Bangladesh Day 2022) goods/items and related services only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. As per Technical Specification, you shall perform all activities of the said items. In any unavoidable circumstances the authority may add or remove the said items and adjust contract value accordingly. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature. |
