| Reference Description | : | To: Power Station House-613, Flat-3C, North Kazipara, Begum Rokeyasoroni, Kafrul, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216 This is to notify you that your Tender dated 28/09/2022 for the performance of Goods and Services (Non-Consulting Services) for organizing Bangladesh Robot Olympiad 2022 for the Contract price of Tk 89,63,661/- (Taka Eighty-Nine Lac Sixty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-One only) as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Department of Information and Communication Technology (DoICT). You are thus requested to take following actions: i. Accept in writing the Letter of Acceptance within same working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 50.2. ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk 8,96,366 (Taka Eight Lac Ninety-Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Six Only) within same days of acceptance of this Letter of Acceptance but not later than 24/10/2022 in accordance with ITT Clause 52.2 iii. Sign the Contract within same days of issuance of this Letter of Acceptance but not later than 24/10/2022 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 49.1. You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract for the provision of Services in accordance with the Contract documents only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Letter of Acceptance shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. . In any unavoidable circumstances the authority may add or remove the said items and adjust contract value accordingly. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your signature and return.
