| Reference Description | : | In reference to the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) (Ref No.- 56.04.0000.106.07.013.22-128 ), this is to notify you that, you are awarded a contract in the position of Individual Consultant as an Procurement Expert from 15.10.2022 till 15.04.2025 for a monthly remuneration of BDT 2,50,000.00 (Taka Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand Taka Only) per Man Month including VAT and Tax, which has been approved by the Procurement Entity of the respective project. Mentionable that, within this total duration of the contract, the Client or its representative will evaluate the Consultant’s progress and performance every half year. Failure to fulfill the required output and meet the standard, the contract may be assumed Null and Void.” In addition to that, this notification of award will constitute the formation of the contract and will consequently become bounded upon you. Failure to accept this offer within 7 (Seven) Days from the issuance of this letter will be considered as the declination of this offer. |
