INFORMATION ON AWARD

| Brief Description of Contract |

Phase-1: Detailed technical, Commercial legal , financial due diligence, scoping study on environment and social impacts of the proposed PPP Project, Development of a bankable transaction structure, including performance Parameters reflecting Implementing Agency’s requirements , risk allocation between the PSP and the Implementing Agency, and Payment mechanism/parameters for government fiscal support (if any). The due diligence will require site visits which will be facetted by the Client and the Implementing Agency, and
Phase-2: Following the approval of recommended transaction structure by the Implementing Agency along with other key stakeholders, IFC will support the Implementing Agency in Drafting the required Contractual documentation and assist in the implementation of the procurement process (negotiations or tender as applicable ,) including determining the qualification criteria, Procurement procedure etc.
