INFORMATION ON AWARD

| Brief Description of Contract |
: |
i) Review the existing PMIS system along with all functionalities, output, reporting facilities and overall architecture. ii) Asses the future requirement after having full need assessment session with IMED official, Project Directors, Ministry representatives, Planning division officers etc.
iii) Develop framework with full scale business requirement for expanding the module of PMIS with the consideration of physical progress, financial data through implementing technologies like Geo Location, Geo Tagging, google maps etc.
iv) Identification different reporting requirement on ADP progress to be incorporated in e-PMIS.
v) Identification of the weaknesses in the existing monitoring and evaluation system of IMED and recommendation for further improvement;
vi) Review the existing monitoring system of IMED and preparation of ToR for recruiting result based monitoring consultant for preparation of sector based monitoring and evaluation manuals/guidelines, monitoring and evaluation policy to facilitate effective and qualitative monitoring and evaluation in consultation with all stakeholders.
vii) Assessment of scope of data analytics through Business Intelligence system using PMIS data to measure the actual operational efficiency, response more quickly to the stakeholders;
viii) Need assessment of IT &, office equipment requirements, and preparation of ToR for to functioning the PMIS;
ix) Complete assessment of hardware requirement including hosting the system for on-line functionalities;
x) Assessment of the need of capacity development of IMED officials in terms of their skills and competency;
xi) Growth assessment of system uses in term of total expected users, database utilization, and storage space utilization and determine the hardware sizing considering all related software and hardware requirement
xii) Such other functions as may be related with the assignment.
