INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

General Experience: At least 3 years of general experience in construction work (as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor).
Specific Experience: Successfully completed at least one (1) similar contract in the public sector within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 90 Lakh.; years considering Construction and other related works (whichever appropriate but it shall be mutually exclusive from the requirement of ITT 13.1(a)); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
Required average annual construction turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 190 Lac over the last 10 financial years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Required Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 105 Lac.
Required Tender Capacity: A minimum amount of tender capacity of Tk. 90 Lakh.
The Tenderer shall submit and comply with the following additional documents and requirements:
The Tenderer shall fulfil all criteria stated in the TDS.
The Tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration, and Tax Certificate.
Tenderer shall strictly follow the Specification, Drawings, Bill of Quantities, and other documents uploaded; the signed and submitted version of the Specification/drawings shall be considered final.
If the Tenderer fails to submit any document required for Tender evaluation, the Tender will be treated as non-responsive.
After Tender opening, if any document required for evaluation is found missing (not uploaded or not submitted), the Tender shall be declared non-responsive
Retention money shall be deducted from payments to the Contractor / Tenderer as specified in the TDS. |
