| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. (Trade license, BIN & Tax clearance certificate up to date 2023-2024 )
• Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered or relevant certification in Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have valid bank account and liquid asset .
• Tenderers should have at least 08 (eight) years experience to supply manpower throughout sourcing method (Government & autonomous organization ).
• should have specific experience of providing minimum 30 (Thirty) manpower through outsourcing in 01(one) contract in government/autonomous organization/Government project last 03 (Three) years .
• should have specific experience of manpower supply contract value at least BDT 2.00 crore with government/autonomous/ Government project organization in last 05 (Five) years.
