INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

A) Reputed Govt. approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five)years of general experience specially in Electro-Mechanical works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) no. of similar nature (Fire Fighting Installation) works worth not less than Tk 110.00 (One Hundred Ten) Lac only in government/semi-government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(five) years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk 400.00 (Four Hundred) Lac only as stated in TDS.
D) The minimum amount of liquid asset/ working capital/credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Lac only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work. Minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format of Form CPTU STD PW2a-3 is mandatory.
E) The Minimum Tender Capacity is Tk 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac
F) Valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Tax and VAT Registration Certificate.
G) Up-to dated ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
H) Tenderer must have to provide Manufacturer Authorization Certificate for Fire Fighting Systems/ equipment.
(I) Tenderer must have to submit complete site visit report with the tender.
(J) No JVCA is allowed in this tender & other conditions is as per TDS |
