INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature construction of 3 (Three) Storied building with 3 (Three) Storied Foundation successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least TK. 515 Lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 955 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 265 Lakh (must be in the form of PW 3-7 in original form).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: TK. 600 Lakh.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, BIN certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. Duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Disqualification.
8. False information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Disqualification.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. |
