INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

" For Lot-1: 1. Tenderer must have minimum 5 (five) years experience.
2. In case of joint venture (JV)- All partner must have 5 years experience. One partner must have 75% of turnover requirement and other partner separately must meet 25% turnover.
3. The tenderer must have an experience of successful Completion of at least one contract of similar nature involving amount of BDT 2 Crore during the last 5 (five) years in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous or Army/ Navy/ Air Force welfare trust project, Shopping mall, Hospital, Hotel, Commercial etc and must be authenticated by the appropiate person/ authority.
4. The Tenderer must have average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 2.5 Crore over the last 5 (five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of BDT 2.5 Crore
6. The complete eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the tender data sheet (Section 2 of Tender data sheet) of the tender document.
For Lot-2: a). Rate must be quoted in figures and words.
b). If the Tenderer submits any false/incorrect or forged certificate the tender security shall be forfeited.
c). Up to date VAT Registration, e-Tin certificate.
