| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Only Enlisted Special Class/Combined Class-I/Class-I Contractors of PWD or Enlisted Class-II Contractors of Dhaka PWD Zone/Dhaka Metro zone or Enlisted Class-III contractors of Dhaka who have up-to-date renewal License of PWD are eligible
2. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 6 (Six) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
3. Tenderer must submit
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
4. Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl. No. i, ii, &iii Shall be submitted.
5. Other required eligibility and conditions are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents. |
