INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA max. No. of partners in
the JV shall not be more than 3 (three) as below:
a) Reputed firm/organization/authorized agent who has a minimum of 05 (Five) years of
general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC
construction work of TK 90.00 Lakhs (Ninety Lakhs) in a single tender in the Government
/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 5 (five) years.
In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be
the concerned Executive Engineer.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5
(five) years of Tk. 150.00 Lakhs (One Hundred Fifty Lakhs).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk.50.00 Lakhs (Fifty
Lakhs). The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and be issued in
favor of related works. Liquid assets must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of
bank undertaking for a line of credit.
e) Tender capacity of Tk.105.00 Lakhs (One Hundred and Fifty Lakhs) only.
f) A Tender security will be required in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft or Bank
Guarantee in favor of the Superintending Engineer, Savar PWD Circle, Dhaka. The
Tenderer must process: Up to date valid Trade license, ABC license, BIN certificate from
NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR.
g) The tenderer must Submit the Letter of Acceptance of the WB’s Anticorruption
Guidelines and Sanctions Framework (see section 8: Particular Specifications) and agree
with the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MITIGATION MEASURES OF
COVID-19 AF PROJECT (see section 8: Particular Specifications).otherwise, the
tenderer will be evaluated as Non-Responsive. Other terms and conditions are specified in
TDS. |
