1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 03 years.
2. The minimum specific experience in a) Construction of boundary wall b) Site development Works, Construction of boundary wall, Gate c) Sand Filling Work d) Site development Works e) Site development Works successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 18.00 lakh, 26.00 lakh, 7.00 lakh, 6.00 lakh, 13.00 lakh
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 17.90 lakh, 25.60 lakh, 6.85 lakh, 5.30 lakh, 12.40 lakh over the last 05 years within best three (03) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.9.00 lakh, 12.80 lakh, 3.45 lakh, 2.70 lakh, 6.20 lakh
5. The minimum capacity shall be: 25.00 lakh, 36.00 lakh, 9.60 lakh, 7.50 lakh, 13.50 lakh |
