INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 03 years.
2. The minimum specific experience in a) Training Building, Guard room & Site development works b) Retaining wall & Boundary wall c) Site development work, Boundary wall & Drain Works successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 lakh, 100.00 lakh, 61.00 lakh.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 49.00 lakh, 98.00 lakh, 60.60 lakh, over the last 05 years within best three (03) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 24.90 lakh, 48.90 lakh, 30.29 lakh.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: 69.70 lakh, 137.00 lakh, 85 lakh. |
