INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) General experience :-
Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Three) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Building, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.
(b) Specific experience:-
Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in
successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar type of construction works of amount Tk 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) Lac in a single contract during last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous
organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-
The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 180.00 ( One Hundred and Eighty) Lac during last 5 (five) years . Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be
submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) Tender capacity: -
The minimum capacity shall be: 135.00 (One Hundred and Thirty Five) Lac.
(e) Liquid asset requirement: -
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of of the tenderer shall be Tk 45.00 ( Forty Five) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose..
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender. |
