INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The Tenderers shall have Overall 07 (seven) years experience in Govt./ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies like Petrobangla or its subsidiary companies /IOC/govt. Power Plants/ Semi govt. Power Plants/Fertilizer Factories of BCIC Transportation of Rig and Rig related accessories or as like heavy equipment/materials.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least One (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last five (5) years, contract value of 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac) taka under a single contract.
• The Tenderers must have specific experience of minimum 02 (two) Drilling Rig & Rig related accessories or Like heavy equipment/materials Transportation last 05 (five) years.
• Tenderers should visit Bijoy-10 (ZJ70DBS) Rig and Rig equipment at Fenchuganj-3 workover project, Kulaura, Moulovibazar with prior permission of authority before submission of bid. Loading-Offloading manpower and Crane shall be provided by BAPEX.
• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
• Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
