INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5(five)years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).
(b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least one number of similar nature building construction work amounting to Tk 350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lakh only in a single number of tender/contract in government/semi-government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(five) years.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk.1000.00(One Thousand) Lakh only during the last 5(five)years.Time duration for turnover & experience will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred Eighty) Lakh only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the specified form as Form PW 3-7(CPTU STD PW3-7) .
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.380.00(Four Hundred Eighty) Lakh Only.
(f) The tenderer must have valid and up-to-dated VAT, IT, Trade License and Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, GoB.
(g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS, PCC, General
Specifications, Particular Specifications (Section-7,8&9) of STD must be fulfilled.
