a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
b) Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations in Bangladesh.
c) Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh
d) A satisfactory completion of Similar Nature of Service done under any Organization of at least Tk 100.00 lac in a single contract over a period of last 3 years shall be required.
e) All other qualification criteria and terms & condition as specified in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the Tender. |
