1. Event Management Firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in providing event related services and supply of related goods & services;
2. Technical resources and facilities available for Event Management service;
3. The Company shall have a minimum experience of arranging 5 (Five) IT related Program/Event during the last three years of which at least 2 (Two) should be of minimum 1 (one) Crore Taka.
4. The firm must have sufficient amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) 95 (Ninety Five) lakh Tk supported by appropriate documents;
5. Original Bank Solvency Certificate;
6. The firm must have updated-audit-report of previous 5 (Five) years.
7. The firm submit yearly turnover report/documents;
8. The firm should have valid up to date trade license annual year 2021-22;
9. Income tax clearance certificate for Assessment Year 2021-2022;
10. TIN & VAT registration certificate.

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organizing the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) World Finals 2022 as executing agency on behalf of ICT Division. The ICPC world finals operations 15+ team members will attend the planning visit and for this visit we need Accommodation, Food for Delegation team, Food for local Operations team, 10-15 Meeting Cost for ICPC Operations team, ICTD, BCC, UAP & ICPC Secretariat, Ticketing, Transportation, Logistic Support, Local SIM card for all guests, Meet and Greet service at airport and Venue information etc. |
