INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a. Reputed Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of General experience in building construction works.
b. Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Multistoried Building work of Tk. 7.5 (Seven and Half) core in a single work order in Government/ Semi-Government Autonomous body/ Public Private Partnership (PPP) Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(Five) years.
c. A Joint Venture or Consortium firm shall be allowed.
d. The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over be best three (3) years during the last five(5) years of Tk. 8.5 (Eight and Half) core only.
e. Certificate for Bank Credit Limit Tk. 3 (Three) Crore as Liquid Asset.
f. Valid TIN/VAT and Tax Payment Certificate
g. Construction firms having enlisted with PWD/LGED & Electrification Board ABC License.
h. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of Tender Documents. |
