| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The tenderers should be manufacturer or their supplier/distributor or dealer of the items.
(b) Tenderers shall have a minimum 03(Three) years of experience in the supply of similar Medical Equipment’s in
Bangladesh or any country of Asia.
(c) Evaluation will be done item wise.
(d) The tenderers shall have valid trade license, TIN, VAT & up to date Income Tax Certificates.
(e) Other conditions are mentioned in the Tender Document.
(f) Letter of credit (L/C) will done by Tenderer.
Warranty Supplier will provide comprehensive warranty with spare parts and labour for 3years from the date of Installation, testing and successful commissioning of each items. |
