INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub contractor/Management Contractor shall be seven (07) years.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing rental vehicle supply service of at least ONE contract completed over a period of last five (05) years to Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous body.
• Contract value of 1,90,00,000.00 (One Crore Ninety Lakh) taka under a single or multiple number of contracts of rental vehicle service shall be required.
• Specification of Vehicles: Mini Bus 06 (Six) Nos. (31 seated), Model-2014 or above, Fuel Type- Diesel/Octane/CNG/LPG, vehicles Registration Papers, Tax token, Fitness certificate, Route Permit papers (all up to date) need to submit.
• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
• Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
