INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for performing the Contract:
i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum ten (10) years of overall experience in supply of
similar imported goods and in construction of high pressure pipe line.
ii) High pressure gas pipeline Contractors enlisted with Petrobangla or its companies under
category 1.4 and having experience in foreign procurement of line pipes, valves, fittings etc. (working Pressure 1000 ± 15 psig) and in construction, testing & commissioning of at least 2.0 Km Length of high pressure cross-country natural gas pipeline of 4 inch DN or above as a main Contractor or a sub-contractor in a single Contract in last 07 (Seven) years are eligible to participate in the tender.
iii) The Tenderers are required to submit job completion certificate attached with ‘Contract
Agreement’ evidencing Specific Experience as stated in (ii) above.
iv) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods and services of minimum value of taka seven (07) crore in a single Contract in last 10 (ten) years.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is taka eight (8) crore. The Tenderer shall submit bank solvency certificate/bank statement issued not before one (1) month from the date of tender opening. The last three years audited financial statement shall be submitted. |
