INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderer :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience in Building Construction works, counting backward from the date of tender publication.
(B) Having experience in successful completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of Building Construction work including Civil, Sanitary & Electrical works worth not less than Tk. 1700.00 (Seventeen hundred) lac only in a single Tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.
(C) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 2000.00 (Two thousand) lac only during last 05(five) years, counting backward from the date of publication of tender in newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit facilities of the tenderers shall be Tk. 500.00 (Five hundred) lac in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of work, supported by Bank Certificate.
(E) The tenderers shall have a minimum tender capacity of Tk. 1800.00 (Eighteen hundred) lac.
(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, up-to date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License.
(G) For past performance evaluation matrix, tenderers must submit all work completion certificate accurately. Any repetition/duplication of certificate will be treated as fraudulent practice.
(H) For calculating Tender Capacity, all related information must be submitted by tenderers to the tender. Otherwise, hiding any information will be treated as fraudulent practice and that tenders will be considered Non-Responsive.
