INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

A. Eligibility
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the
Tenderer in public sector at least 05 (Five) years.
• The minimum specific experience of non-Consultant Service at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 03 (Three) years each with a value of at least of TK 19.00 Lac (Taka Nineteen Lac only) shall be required.
• Copy of work order with experience of providing at least ten office assistants and ten drivers(with valid driving lience) under a total contract of last five years for hiring office assistants and drivers.
• The Total work order list should be submitted along with the certification of all the organizations currently working in the office along with the certificate of office assistant and driver.
• The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of Tk. 18.00 Lac (Eighteen Lac only) over the last 3 (three) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 16.00 Lac (Sixteen Lac).
• Details of Eligibility and other requirements are mentioned in Tender Documents.
B. The following certificates along with other certificates/ papers
mentioned in the tender documents should be submitted
long with the tender.
• Attested photocopy of the first trade license and updated trade license obtained from the appropriate authority.
• Attested copy of updated VAT payment certificate.
• Attested copy of updated income tax payment certificate.
