INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 07 (seven) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 02 (two) contract(s) of similar nature (refurbishment/ repair & maintenance), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2.50 Crore (BDT Two Crore and Fifty Lac).
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 Crore (BDT Ten Crore) over the last 03 (three) years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.5 Crore (BDT One Crore and Fifty Lac).
