INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i) General Experience:
The Bidder (in case of JV, each member) shall have at least five (05) years of general experience in providing consulting or non-consulting services prior to the deadline date for bid submission.
(ii) Specific Experience:
Successful completion (to comply with this requirement, Services contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of at least 2 (two) contracts of similar nature and complexity equivalent to the services being procured, each contract having a total value of at least USD 1.50 (One and Half) million within the last five years prior to the deadline date for bid submission.
(iii) Average Annual Turnover:
Bidder shall have average annual turnover for Services of at least USD 3 (Three) million or equivalent for the best 03 (three) years out of last 5 (five) years prior to the deadline date for bid submission.
Bidder shall submit audited financial reports along with the bid, if Annual Turnover for Services is mentioned in the audited financial reports or if not required by the law of the Bidder’s country, other financial statements evidencing annual turnover for Services acceptable to the Employer, for the last five (5) years to demonstrate compliance with the above- mentioned qualification requirement. |
