INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be five (05) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last three (03) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT with a value of at least Tk. three (03) crore.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk three (03) crore in the last three (03) years counting backward from the date of publication.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk one (1) crore.
e) The tenderer should have valid Trade License, income Tax payee and VAT certificate etc. |

Rest House and Dormitory Building will be constructed including Structure, Finishing works, Sanitary works, Electrical works and other facilities. The area where construction works will be done is green field. There is no residence/structure within 2.0 K.M. surroundings from the site. |
