INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(A) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(B) The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in R.C.C. Building Construction Works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) crore.
(C) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) crore in the last 5 (Five) years, must be authenticated by the concerned D.C Taxes/ NBR authority(Construction turnover only) or payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.00 (Four) Crore, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form in PW3-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the last Submission date.
(E) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) crore.
(F)Must have Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT/BIN Registration Certificate.
(G)Must have Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. |
