The qualification criteria for eligible bidders are as follows:
i. A minimum of five (5) years’ business experience record in ICT equipment/system field for the Main bidder.
ii. A minimum of five (5) years’ business experience record in building construction for Building Construction Company..
iii. Experience record in ICT equipment/system Projects outside Bidder’s country of origin with at least one (1) successful project experience within the last three (3) years for the Main bidder.
iv. Experience record in building construction Projects outside Bidder’s country of origin with at least one (1) successful project experience within last three (3) years for the Building Construction Company.
v. The Bidder that has been negative in its net profit for the last three (3) consecutive years shall be treated as “Non Responsive.”
vi. The Bidder that has been negative in its net worth for the very last year (2018) shall be treated as “Non Responsive.”
vii. Documentation of company registration in the country of residence (Republic of Korea) of both the Main Bidder and Building Construction Company.
viii. A Bidder, and all parties constituting the Bidder (except local subcontractors and local consultants), shall be nationals of the Republic of Korea
ix. In case of JVA, the Main Bidder should be the ICT Company and the Building Construction Company should be included in JVA. |
