INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be minimum 05 (five) years.
ii) Specific Experience: (a) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Nominated Subcontractor or Management Contractor in satisfactorily completion of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of weigh scale at least 1 (one) no. of contract in which minimum contract value of Tk. 4.00 (Four Crore) Crore, completed over a period of last 10 (ten) years.
iii) The Tenderer shall submit manufacturers authorization letter for the offered product with at least 05 (five) years warranty from the manufacturer.
iv) The experience should be certified by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
v) Tenderer shall have required average annual turnover greater than Tk 5.00 (five) crore during the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
vi) Tenderer shall have minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities not less than Tk. 02 (Two Crore) Crore.
