The ministry of Land (MoL) has taken imitative to procure Voice call (16122), Email & social media based "Call Center Service" for getting land services and related information remotely as well as Citizen Care Center Service where Citizen can get land services and related Physically. Those platforms will empower a significant number of Citizen to give information online services, getting Online forms filled up and reporting problems/ feedback. Also, the service provider gives land services to Citizens at Bhumi Bhaban premises, Citizen which is already deployed by Ministry of Land. Call Center & Citizen Care Center Service" enable land service information. records any kind of land related problems. redirec issue to conccem governing bodies for necessary actions, monitor actions taken and lastly provide insights to plan better to eliminate problems in the future. The main target of the assignment is to provide easy access to land services. |
