Media Expert (01 Nos) (Time-based) (SD-1)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in communications /Journalism/Public Relations /English/ Bangla Literature & Linguistics/Advertisement/Creative Arts/Media Studies/ Advocacy/Social Sciences or relevant subject(s). Having Master’s Degree will get preference.
Experience :
1. Experience in Education/TVET will be an added advantage.
2. Good command/proven record in English and Bengali.
3. Highly efficient in using both desktop and laptop specially MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Video making and editing software etc.
4. Highly efficient in boosting digital content and payment procedure for sponsorship of advertisement in social media.

Process Expert (01 Nos) (Time-based) (SD-6)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in any subject with specific focus on development of instructional material. Having Master’s Degree will get preference.
Experience :
1. At least 7 years' general experience with 3 years Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)/Skills related activities.
2. At least 2 years' specific experience of assisting in developing Competency Standards, CAD, Curriculum, CBLM and Assessment Tools in TVET/similar familiarity with international practice examples of the same.
3. Familiarity with ongoing issues in the national procedure on the relevant areas.
4. Multi-skilled in TVET will be an added advantage;
5. Good command/proven record in English and Bengali.
6. Highly efficient in using both desktop and laptop.
7. Experience in facilitating skills training programs as a trainer or assessor will be an added advantage.

Curriculum Expert (02 Nos) (Time-based)(SD-7 & Assessment Expert (01 Nos) (Time-based) (SD-8)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in education or TVET or related field with CBT&A Level-IV or equivalent. Having Masters Degree will get preference
Experience :
1. At least 10 years' general experience with 7 years TVET / Skills related activities.
2. At least 5 years' specific experience in developing & reviewing & validating, Competency Standards (CS), Course Accreditation Documents (CAD), Curriculum, CBLMs and Assessment Tools in TVET / similar familiarity with international practice of the same.
3. Well versed/Familiarity with ongoing issues in the national procedure on the relevant areas.
4. Multi-skilled in TVET will be an added advantage.
5. Good command / proven record in English and Bengali.
6. Highly efficient in using both desktop and laptop.
7. Experience in facilitating skills training programs as a trainer or assessor will be an added advantage

Junior IT Expert (02 Nos) (Time-based) (SD-9)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering/MIS/ IT or any other related discipline from a recognized university;
Experience :
1. At least 05 years of professional experience in software engineering/ IT Project management
2. Minimum Specific experience: 02 years of Industry experience of managing MIS at supervisory level including-
a) ability to clearly understand the process of designing and developing MIS systems
b) ability to achieve consensus on MIS systems across multiple stakeholders including Industry, Government and Skills Training Providers
3. Must have adequate knowledge and previous experience of designing and implementation of MIS system, preferably in TVET sector.
4. Must have experience of designing, developing, supervising and at least one MIS preferably for TVET related program.
5. Should have good report writing and presentation skills.
6. Clear understanding of programming language (preferably ANGULAR, JAVA SCRIPT, HTML, CSS, REACT, FLUTTER, JAVA) or any other programming language with its latest frameworks. Knowledge of all necessary tools related to software/ ICT project is a must.
7. Expertise on latest data analysis tools like SQL/ PostgreSQL/ BI Tools/ Python/excel is preferred.
8. Experience in building Management Information Systems for the education sector and/or skills sector preferred.
9. Knowledge about the latest technology.

The place of work is Dhaka. The indicative date of commencement is 15.01.2025 and duration of assignment is 12 months. A copy of the Terms of references (TOR), Standard Request for Application (SRFA) will be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours and the website of National Skills Development Authority (www.nsda.gov.bd). The interested Applicants are requested to apply the position providing information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Complete CV with attested copies of educational, training and experience certificates as required for the position is mandatory). The applicant shall submit Expression of Interest (EOI) by 2.00 PM of 26-12-2024, in sealed envelope, clearly marked “Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for “Media Expert/ Process Expert/ Curriculum Expert/ Assessment Expert/ Junior IT Expert” to the undersigned by hand/courier service/Guaranteed express from post office. Any EOI received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any persuasion by the applicant will be treated as disqualification.
