| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The overall objectives of this assignment will be the following:
• Develop a comprehensive Fund Management ERP for the Program Coordination Unit (PCU) and implementation agencies.
• Implement the System at the Program Coordination Unit (PCU), 7 Implementation Agencies ,8 Strategic Partners and Its Cost Centers at the District level and Upazila Level.
• Provide Support & Maintenance Services of the system.
• Provide training to the users about using the system.
• Provide Technical Support and guidance for all levels of users online and offline.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
i. Minimum 10 years’ experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
ii. Must have 5 years practical experience of developing web-based enterprise solutions with similar technology having features related to Financial Management/ Fund Management as major or partner solution provider.
iii. Must have experience of developing Software Solution for Government of Bangladesh or any of its agencies and international development partners, e.g: The World bank, JICA, ADB and others.
iv. The firm needs to have at least one existing running software solution in Bangladesh in either Government or international development partners in financial management/ Fund Management which runs on more than 1 distinct offices and locations.
v. Needs to have Test Environment ready with equipped devices at vendor’s premises.
vi. The firm should demonstrate its logistical capability (Such as: office nos. and space, office equipment, manpower, and other available resources).
