| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The assignment aims to engage an NGO-MFI as a service provider to implement the GALS/PATH approach training for an estimated 2,060 LCS members and their household associates across selected Upazilas in the Jamalpur and Kurigram districts. The training will be module-based and hands-on, ensuring practical applications in livelihoods improvement, enlisted for accessing to microfinance and engaged in IGA. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The service provider/training institute for the assignment should have to meet the following requirements:
i) Have an extensive experience in providing relevant GALS/PATH approach training.
ii) Adequate knowledge and skill for implementing for GALS or Gender transformative approach training and coaching.
iii) Working experience with government agency/foreign funded project will add an advantage.
iv) Preferably NGO-MFIs have partnership with the Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation (PKSF);
v) Should have adequate logistic facilities and managerial capacity to provide discerned training.
vi) Interested NGO-MFI/Service Provider are requested to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
vii) Brochures will also include the registration number with NGO Bureau, MRA and TIN and VAT number, updated trade license.
vi) Organizational Capacity such as Office Space, Permanent/Pay Roll staffs information, logistic facilities etc.
vii) The financial capability shall be shown as Financial Turn Over supported by a registered Audit Firm for the last three years. |
