| Brief Description of Assignment |

The scope of work includes the following key responsibilities:
• Material Quality and Compliance: The consulting firm will ensure that all materials used in the construction of the BTS Room/Outdoor Shed and Pole/Tower meet the specified quality, brand, and standards outlined in the contract. This involves conducting detailed inspections of materials delivered to the site and ensuring they comply with the required specifications before they are used in construction.
• Work Measurements and BOQ Verification: The firm will be responsible for checking and verifying the measurements of various construction components to ensure they align with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Additionally, the firm will prepare the Measurement Book (MB) to document all measurements, ensuring accuracy and consistency with the contractual obligations.
• Quality Assurance of Work: Regular site inspections will be conducted by the consulting firm to monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure that all construction practices adhere to industry standards and contractual specifications. The firm will ensure that work is executed according to the approved design, technical guidelines, and project timelines.
The consulting firm will play a crucial role in maintaining project transparency and enforcing compliance with contractual requirements. Their oversight will help ensure that the project adheres to quality standards and that any deviations are identified and addressed promptly. Timely and accurate reporting will be required throughout the project to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress and quality status.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Applicants will be evaluated using a scale of Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Poor based on the following qualifications and criteria:
1. Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and supervision of construction projects, demonstrating significant expertise in similar assignments.
2. Project Experience: Applicants must have completed at least one project valued at a minimum of 70 lakhs within the last five years, preferably for a Government or Autonomous organization.
3. Staffing and Qualifications: Applicants must have qualified personnel available for the assignment, including:
o 1 (one) B.Sc. Engineer (Civil) with minimum 10 years of experience
o 2 (two) B.Sc. Engineer (Civil) with minimum 5 years of experience
o 4 (four) or more Diploma Engineers (Civil) with minimum 2 years of experience
4. Legal and Financial Compliance: Applicants must provide valid and updated documents, including:
o Trade license
o Tax Identification Number (TIN)
o VAT registration certificate
5. Brochures and Documentation: Applicants must submit brochures or documentation summarizing their facilities, areas of expertise, and the range of services offered, including their capability to handle assignments similar to the Civil Construction Project.
6. Experience with Similar Assignments: Applicants must submit details of all similar assignments completed in the past five years, including project scope, duration, and outcomes, with a focus on relevance to the Civil Construction Project.
7. Experience in Similar Operating Environments: Applicants must provide evidence of experience in similar operating environments and conditions, particularly those relevant to Civil construction.
8. Financial Capacity: Applicants must submit audited annual reports for the last three financial years (FY2022-23, FY2021-22, and FY2020-21) to demonstrate financial stability and capacity.

Expression of Interest (EOI) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the name and address of the applicant, EOI number, and addressed to the authority issuing the EOI. Two hard copies should be provided - one marked as "Original" and One as "Copy" - along with one soft copy in a CD/Pen drive. Submissions should be made within the specified date and time at the office of the official inviting the EOI. |
