INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

Panel Lawyer will work together in partnership with the officials of Law Section, MoPME, other Law Cells of DPE, CPE, BNFE, SKT, other Panel Lawyers of DPE, Government prosecutors of High Court Division and Appellate Division of Supreme Court, Solicitor Wing. The Services to be provided are such as drafting and preparation of Para-wise reply on the Rule-Nishi, the appeal orders, revisions, affidavits, petitions and objection must be within the time specified in the court's order. Panel Lawyer will report to Secretary, MoPME or an officer authorized from MoPME. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Panel Lawyer among others mentioned in RFA shall have the following qualifications and experience:
a) Applicant must have a minimum LLB (Hon’s) degree from any recognized University;
b) Minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience as an enrolled advocate of the High Court Division and 2 (Two) years experience as an enrolled advocate in Appellate Division of Supreme Court of Bangladesh;
c) Applicant with the foreign educational qualification and having 3 (Three) years of experience as litigation based legal consultant with the Government of Semi-Government or Autonomous Organization of the Bangladesh will get preference. Applicant having work experience as Senior Advocate in Appellate Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court will get preference; |
