INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The overall objectives of the service will cover but not limited to the following scopes:
a) Approve the Contractor’s Works Schedule program.
b)Review, Validate and Vetting the Detailed Constructional Design-Drawings (i.e; Architectural, Structural, Foundation/Geotechnical, Electrical and Plumbing Design), Technical Specifications i.e; Floor Plan, All Elevation, Sections, Fabrication, Material Specifications and Perspectives Views etc. following BNBC 2020.
c)Conduct Comprehensive Constructional Supervision of Project Implementation Activities which are Carried Out by the Construction Contractor(s) to ensure total compliance with the various stipulations in the contract documents;
d)Checking Contractor’s Work Plan and Evaluating & Regular Updating of Progress by MS project management with Measurement.
e)Bill Certification for Constructional Contractor as per Actual Site Measurement and Correctness of BOQ/Measurement (if necessary).
f)Monthly Progress Report With necessary advice (if necessary)
g)Testing Schedule for Site Materials during Construction Period and Verifying Testing Materials Reports for Controlling Quality.
h)Project monitoring and Quality Control as per BOQ specification

a)Having experience in construction supervision for minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience
b)The consulting firm should have experience as prime consultant for at least 01(one) number similar type of service(supervision) during last 03(three) years (Preferable Steel structure field) |

The EOI must include the following:
a) Company profile and individual directors’/ owners’ profile.
b) Latest auditor’s report on financial statements (In case of a consortium, each party’s auditor’s report needs to be submitted). c) Bank solvency certificate.
d) Updated VAT, Trade License & Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate or similar documents.
e) Profile of the team of consultants; f) Proof of similar job experience.
g) Declaration of company’s annual turnover and overall financial strength including current on-going project and future committed project.
Other’s Details:
a) Intending consulting firm will be selected and identified following short listing process as per PPR-2008. RFP (Request for Proposal) will be issued to the short-listed firms from the office of the undersigned;
b)The 04 (Four) sets of EOI( 01 original + 03 Copies) with supporting documents must be delivered at or before schedule time, date & address in sealed envelope marked |
