Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct Impact Evaluation depending on approved TOR. The objective of this assignment to conduct Impact Evaluation of the project titled Development of the socio economic condition of backward & extreme poor people by self-employment work training project in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created in the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society due to the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to direct the project on right track and help to implement similar project in future. |
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a) Experience to evaluate the similar type of services at relevant field as Consulting Firm.
b) Detailed description of relevant work in items of necessary intellectual and professional services.
c) To perform the job, firm has to submit experience, financial capacity, available professional manpower and service providing capacity.
d) Educational qualification and professional experience of manpower is required. |

Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit EOI containing printed brochures (showing organizational identity and background), Legal Documents, bank Solvency showing managerial and financial standing (according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008), latest Legal Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Latest Income Tax certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, Nationality Certificate of Authorized person, Voter ID Card of authorized person. The Detailed Terms of Reference will be available on www.imed.gov.bd website or upon request either through e-mail (addl_secy_admn@imed.gov.bd; dgsector8@imed.gov.bd) or in person from the address provided below.
The assignment will be completed in a single phase. The tentative start and completion deadline, reporting obligation will be specified in the RFP. |
