| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct In-depth Monitoring depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment is to conduct in-depth Monitoring of the project “Installation of Wellhead Compressors at Location-E & G of Titas Gas Field)” in all aspects with the collaboration of project personnel and other staekeholders. To conduct the assignment the firm will review & present project related information (Background, Objectives, Status of project Approval/Revision, mode of financing & other relevant issues etc). The firm will also collect authentic data, review, analyze and present with graphical/tabular form of data in regards to overall progress & component wise implementation progress (physical and financial) of the project. The recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to implement this project as well as other similar project in future. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

a) At least 03 years of experience in conducting similar type of study/research at relevant field as Consulting Firm.
b) Detailed description of relevant work in items of necessary intellectual and professional services.
c) To perform the job, firm has to submit experience, financial capacity, available professional manpower and service providing capacity.
d) Educational qualification and professional experience of manpower is required.

Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit EOI [7 set (1 Copy Original and 6 Copy)] containing (i) printed brochures (showing organizational identity and background, relevant experience), (ii) The potential applicant's experience, resources, professional manpower and ability to provide services as proof of eligibility for the job described, (iii) Educational qualifications and professional experience of the required manpower, (iv) Updated Income Tax Certificate, (v) Valid Trade License, (vi) Legal Documents for annual turnover, (vii) Bank Solvency certificate showing managerial and financial standing (according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008), (viii) VAT Registration Certificate, (ix) Nationality Certificate of Authorized person or Voter ID Card of authorized person (x) Attach firm profile along with all attested certificates and (xi) Continuous page numbering with table of content.
