| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct Impact Evaluation depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment is to conduct Impact Evaluation of the project ‘National Integrity Strategy Support Project (Phase-2)’ in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created in the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society due to the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to direct the project on right track and help to implement similar project in future. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The member of the consulting team under the consulting firm should be intellectually, physically and mentally sound to perform this study.
(a) At least 3 years experience in conducting research, project monitoring & evaluation related studies.
(b) A description of the scope of required intellectual and professional services;
(c) The experience, resources, professional manpower and service provision of prospective applicants as evidence of their competence to perform the described study;
(d) Educational qualification and professional experience of required manpower; |

Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit EoI containing-
(a) Up-to-date income tax certificate, (b) valid trade license, (c) annual turnover, (d) company profile with attested copies of all certificates, (e) printed brochures (showing organizational identity and background), (f) bank Solvency showing managerial and financial standing (according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008), (g) VAT Registration Certificate, (h) Valid TIN Certificate, (i) Nationality Certificate of Authorized person, (j) Voter ID Card of authorized person. The Detailed Terms of Reference will be available on www.imed.gov.bd website or upon request either through e-mail (dgsector2@imed.gov.bd) or in person from the address provided below.
The assignment will be completed in a single phase. The tentative start and completion deadline, reporting obligation will be specified in the RFP. |
