| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct impact evaluation of completed project according to approved Terms of References (ToR). The objective of this assignment to conduct impact evaluation of the project titled “Establishment of Upazila Livestock Development Centre (ULDC) Project (3rd Phase) (2nd Revised)” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will provide evidences on the effectiveness of the project, investigate the strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges of the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to direct the project on right track and help making evidence-based development policy in future. |
