| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Bangabandhu Innovation Grant (BIG) platform was launched in 2019 to honor the legacy of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. The platform provides grants, mentorship, and networking opportunities to startups and entrepreneurs across all sectors, promoting diversity and inclusivity.
BIG provides a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs and startups to showcase their innovative ideas and receive financial assistance to turn them into reality.
BIG 2024 encompasses a Countrywide Activation Program at different places including academic institutions, a Startups Hub at different Divisional levels, a Residential Bootcamp, a Series’ of Judging and a BIG Gala Program. Responsibilities include Website Preparation, Press Conference, AV production, Outreach Campaign, venue design, content development, branding initiatives, organize residential boot camp, a grand gala event and HR management. The selected firm must deliver a seamless event experience from inception to execution, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• The Firm shall have a minimum of 07 (Seven) years of overall experience in Govt/Private/Autonomous Sector.
• It is preferred to have experience in organizing 02 (Two) similar national-level competitions involving startups and entrepreneurs within the last 05(Five) years.
• Experience in developing digital platforms for a national-level contest for Govt organization within the last 05 (Five) years.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Bidder in providing Service of at least 02 (Two) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 05 (Five) years.
• The firm must have experience of completing contracts with a combined value of at least Tk 4 (Four) crore across two contracts within the last 05 (Five) years.
• The firm shall have the experience of successfully completing audio-visual documentary production for Govt. Sector within the last 05 (Five) years.
• The required annual turnover of the Firm shall be at least of the amount of BDT 4,00,00,000 (Four crore) over the last 03 (three) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 3,50,00,000 (Three crore fifty lakh).
• The firm should have a valid up-to-date- trade license, income tax certificate, VAT registration, Bank Solvency Certificate, and Incorporation Certificate.
• The firm needs to submit audit report of at last 3(Three) consecutive years.
• JVCA is allowed (Max 03 Firms).
