The eligibility of the Consulting Firm (National) in providing the Services are as follows:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least 1(One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 05 (Five) years with a value ofeach contract at least of Tk 1,50,00,000 (One crore Fifty Lakh) shall be required.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 80, 00,000(Eighty lac)over the last five years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall beTk25,00,000 (Twenty Five lac).

The Consultancy Services shall be carried out for a period of 42 months. BIWTA now invites eligible Firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Firms are invited to provide information and documents (brochures, description of similar assignments experiences, availability of appropriate professionals, Qualification and experience of all expert and staff, trade license, VAT, income tax certificate, financial solvency certificate etc.) indicating that they are qualified to perform the service, EOI submission place: Dredging Department, (Level-7), BIWTA Bhaban, 141-143, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000. Expression of Interest shall be submitted in 2(two) sets (1 original and 1 copy) in sealed envelope delivered to the address of the undersigned below by the date & time mentioned above and will be clearly marked as "Request for Expressions of Interest for Selection of Consulting Firm". |
